Revision Policy After Project Completion

Once your project is complete, our revision policy is as follows:

• Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the final project deliverables or the project completion date, whichever is applicable.
• Revision requests made after this 7-day period will require a new order.
• Revisions are limited to the scope outlined in the initial project brief. If your revision request goes beyond the agreed terms, additional charges may apply.

Refund Process

Gilded Leaf Publishing handles concerns and complaints in line with the following terms.

If you decide to discontinue using our services within 3 months from the date of your paid services and did not receive a discount at the time of registration, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service being rendered.
• Clients must provide supporting documentation if applicable.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
• Gilded Leaf Publishing reserves the right to approve or reject any refund requests.
• Refunds for change of mind are limited to 30% of the total amount paid.

Refund requests will only be entertained through: info@gildedleafpublishing.com. Requests made outside this channel will be void.

Guarantee of Content Originality

Upon request, we offer premium Copyscape reports to verify the originality of your content. We guarantee that our content will be recognized as original according to Copyscape's standards, but extensive plagiarism detection is the client's responsibility. Significant edits to fix plagiarism may incur additional fees.

Rights to Images

We do not claim ownership of or rights over any images recommended for your project. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they have the necessary licenses or permissions to use images and to comply with copyright laws.

Submission of Project-Related Documents

We prefer to receive all project-related documents electronically via email or the client dashboard. If physical document submission is necessary, additional processing fees may apply depending on complexity and urgency.

Limitation of Liability

Gilded Leaf Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Warranty Disclaimer

Gilded Leaf Publishing provides all services and materials "as is," without any warranties, either express or implied. However, we warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and the agreed project scope.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance.

Force Majeure

Gilded Leaf Publishing shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, pandemics, or labor disputes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration/mediation before a neutral third party in Utah.
