Christina Coldwell serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gilded Leaf Publishing LLC, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep every project running smoothly from submission to publication. With a background in publishing operations and business management, Christina brings a rare combination of organizational precision and genuine passion for literature to her role.
Before joining Gilded Leaf, Christina spent nearly a decade in publishing administration, developing deep expertise in project management, author relations, and production workflows. She believes that great publishing is built on trust — between the press and the author, between the team and the reader — and she works every day to build and maintain that trust.
Outside the office, Christina is an avid reader of historical fiction and a committed mentor to emerging writers in her community.
Lucas Feret is the Chief Editor of Gilded Leaf Publishing, bringing over fifteen years of editorial experience across fiction, narrative nonfiction, and genre literature. Lucas leads the editorial team with a philosophy that great editing is fundamentally an act of service — the editor's job is to help the author realize their fullest vision, not to impose their own.
Lucas has worked with debut novelists and experienced authors alike, shepherding manuscripts through every stage of the editorial process from developmental feedback to final proofread. His instinct for structure and pacing is matched only by his sensitivity to voice — he understands that every author writes differently, and that the best edits are the ones the author almost doesn't notice.
Lucas holds a Master's degree in Comparative Literature and is himself a published short story writer. He is a passionate advocate for emerging voices and particularly enjoys working on debut manuscripts.
Marianne Jeunet oversees all production operations at Gilded Leaf Publishing, managing the journey from edited manuscript to finished, retail-ready book. Her domain spans typesetting, cover production, print coordination, file preparation, and quality control — every technical detail that transforms words on a screen into a book in a reader's hands.
With a background in graphic design and print production, Marianne brings both creative sensibility and technical rigor to her work. She works closely with our cover designers and typesetters to ensure that every Gilded Leaf title meets the highest standards of visual and physical quality — books that look as good as they read.
Marianne is based in Salt Lake City and is passionate about the craft of book design. She believes that a beautifully made book is itself an act of respect toward the author's work and the reader's time.
Adrian Goodman is the primary point of contact between Gilded Leaf Publishing and its authors, serving as Author Relations Manager across every stage of the publishing journey. Adrian's role is to ensure that authors never feel lost in the process — that they are informed, supported, and genuinely heard from the moment they submit their manuscript to the moment their book hits shelves.
Adrian's background in client services and communications gives him an exceptional ability to translate complex publishing processes into clear, reassuring guidance for authors navigating the industry for the first time — and for experienced authors who simply want a partner they can trust. He coordinates across all departments to keep timelines on track and authors updated.
